Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notification, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and take appropriate action under the DMCA.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was wrongly removed under a DMCA notice, you may send us a counter-notification with the following:

  • Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the court in your area and will accept service of process from the person who filed the DMCA complaint.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

We may restore the removed content if we receive a valid counter-notification and the original complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days.
